Billing Terms

Company details: Legal entity name, company number, registered office, VAT number, and ICO registration (if applicable) are configured by administrators and shown when available. Until configured, treat references to the controller identity as incomplete placeholders — not invented registrations.

1. Prices

Prices are shown in the control panel at order time in your selected currency display. Authoritative charge amounts are calculated server-side; client-submitted prices are ignored.

2. Invoices

Invoices include a unique invoice number, dates, description, amounts, currency, and payment status. Supplier legal identity and address appear when configured in Company Details. VAT lines reflect configured rates and accounting decisions — incomplete VAT configuration is marked for business review.

3. Wallet

Wallet credit is applied to eligible orders. Negative balances are not permitted for new orders.

4. Renewals

Recurring services renew at the then-current renewal price for the billing period unless cancelled. Renewal pricing changes will be communicated according to product practice and applicable law.
