Company details: Legal entity name, company number, registered office, VAT number, and ICO registration (if applicable) are configured by administrators and shown when available. Until configured, treat references to the controller identity as incomplete placeholders — not invented registrations.

Rackstead maintains an admin-managed subprocessor register listing providers actually integrated or configured (for example Stripe, PayPal, Resend, OAuth providers, domain registrar, infrastructure hosts).

The live register is shown on this page below the policy text when published. Providers that exist only as code integrations but are not configured remain marked as candidates and are not represented as live production processors.

Transfer mechanisms and locations require supplier contract review and must not be invented.
