1. Respect for IP

You must not use Rackstead Services to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights.

2. Notices

Rights holders may submit notices via /abuse (category: copyright) or the abuse/contact emails in Company Details. Include identification of the work, the infringing material/URL/IP, your contact details, and a good-faith statement.

3. Response

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material, contact the customer, and suspend repeat infringers where appropriate, without making legal determinations beyond our role as host where applicable.
