Fair Usage Policy

Company details: Legal entity name, company number, registered office, VAT number, and ICO registration (if applicable) are configured by administrators and shown when available. Until configured, treat references to the controller identity as incomplete placeholders — not invented registrations.

1. Purpose

Where plans include generous or "unmetered" bandwidth/resources, use must remain consistent with ordinary hosting workloads and must not degrade other customers or IP reputation.

2. Examples of unfair use

Sustained saturation of network uplinks, intentional traffic amplification, bulk outbound abuse, or circumventing plan limits.

3. Remediation

We may contact you, request optimisation, rate-limit abusive traffic, or require a plan upgrade. Persistent unfair use may lead to suspension under the AUP/Terms.
