These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Rackstead Hosting websites, control panel, APIs, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

We provide hosting and related platform features as described in the control panel and product pages. Features marked “coming soon,” preview, or metadata-only are not guaranteed production capabilities. Service levels are described on our SLA page; no contractual uptime commitment applies unless separately agreed in writing.

Fees are shown at checkout or in your billing area. Unless stated otherwise, charges are due in advance for the selected billing cycle. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You must use the Services lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may investigate abuse reports and take remedial action, including suspension.

You retain rights to content you upload or host. You grant Rackstead a limited licence to host, back up, and process that content solely to operate the Services. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rackstead is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
